What You Can Do
You recognize the many ways your library has helped you and your family build literacy skills. You know that life in your community would be diminished without those crucial services. Here’s what you can do to ensure that libraries throughout Pennsylvania have the resources they need to help people meet life’s demands and reach their greatest potential:
Lend your support by joining the coalition of Pennsylvanians who are helping power PA Forward. To become involved with PA Forward®, contact the project manager at paforward@palibraries.org.
Provide financial support by donating to PA Forward®. There are opportunities for both individuals and organizations/companies.
Tell your story of how libraries have already delivered value to you and your family in one of the five areas of literacy. Send an email to paforward@palibraries.org and share your personal PA Forward® testimonials!
Contact your elected officials, and let them know how important this initiative and libraries are to the future of Pennsylvania.
